H.W. "Skip" Weldon is an advice-only, fee-only financial consultant with more than 37 years experience in the financial services industry. His credentials include the Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations from the American College. Mr. Weldon is also registered with the state of South Carolina as a Registered Investment Adviser.

As a financial consultant, he works one-on-one with clients to develop specific plans and recommend products for personal finance, investment, tax, estate and retirement planning. Mr. Weldon also gives presentations to groups to provide generalized financial and investment guidance throughout the southeastern United States.

Mr. Weldon is a graduate of Presbyterian College, served as an Infantry Officer in Vietnam where he was awarded the Silver Star, is a Distinguished Past-President of the Columbia Kiwanis Club, Past-President of the Columbia-Area Presbyterian College Alumni Group and Past-Treasurer of the Columbia Action Council. He currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the University of South Carolina's Business and Economic Review.
