DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS:

FROM CHARLESTON/ORANGEBURG

  1. Exit I-26 at mile marker/Exit 116, which is I-77. I-77 is also called the "Southeastern Beltway."
  2. Proceed north on I-77 12 miles to Exit 12, Forest Drive. Turn left on Forest Drive.
  3. Proceed west on Forest Drive for approximately ľ mile to a traffic light. On your right will be a landmark… a La-Z-Boy furniture showroom. Turn right at that light onto Lakeshore Drive.
  4. My home office is 5700 Lakeshore, which is .9 mile from Forest Drive. It is on the right, on a corner, and well marked. Park in the driveway.

FROM GREENVILLE/SPARTANBURG/NEWBERRY

  1. Proceed south on I-26 to I-20. Take the Florence exit (headed east) on I-20.
  2. Continue east on I-20 for approximately 10 miles to I-77. This is Exit 76, and will be the first exit after Two Notch Road (Highway 1).
  3. Take the I-77 to Charleston exit (south). Once on I-77 the second exit will be Exit 12, Forest Drive. Exit here and turn right (west) on Forest Drive.
  4. Proceed west on Forest Drive for approximately 3/4 mile to a traffic light. On your right will be a landmark… a La-Z-Boy furniture showroom. Turn right at that light onto Lakeshore Drive.
  5. My home office is 5700 Lakeshore, which is .9 mile from Forest Drive. It is on the right, on a corner, and well marked. Park in the driveway.

FROM CHARLOTTE/ROCK HILL

  1. Proceed  south on I-77 to exit 12.  Exit 12 is also called “Forest Drive” and is the second exit after you pass the I-20 interchange and the Blue Cross Tower.
  2. Exit  onto Forest Drive and turn right (west) on Forest Drive.
  3. Proceed west on Forest Drive for approximately 3/4 mile to a traffic light. On your right will be a landmark… a La-Z-Boy furniture showroom. Turn right at that light onto Lakeshore Drive.

FROM FLORENCE/CAMDEN

  1. Proceed west on I-20 to I-77, located at Exit 76. (This intersection is located near the big Blue Cross & Blue Shield tower.) Take the I-77 to Charleston exit.
  2. Once on I-77 to Charleston, the second exit will be Exit 12, Forest Drive. Exit here and turn right (west) on Forest Drive.
  3. Proceed west on Forest Drive for approximately 3/4 mile to a traffic light. On your right will be a landmark… a La-Z-Boy furniture showroom. Turn right at that light onto Lakeshore Drive.

FROM DOWNTOWN COLUMBIA

  1. From the intersection of Main Street and Taylor Street, proceed east away from town. ("East" is in the general direction of Sumter and Camden.)
  2. Stay on Taylor Street. It becomes Forest Drive near Providence Hospital and continues east, crossing Beltline Boulevard at the Richland Fashion Mall, which will be on your right as you continue on Forest Drive.
  3. Approximately one mile past Beltline, Forest Drive intersects Trenholm Road. There is a major shopping center here called "Trenholm Plaza."
  4. From the intersection of Forest Drive and Trenholm, continue east on Forest Drive for approximately 3/4 mile to a traffic light. On your left will be a landmark… a La-Z-Boy furniture showroom. Turn left at that light onto Lakeshore Drive.

FROM ATLANTA/AUGUSTA/AIKEN

  1. Proceed east on I-20, passing I-26 in Columbia and continuing on another 10 miles (towards Florence) to I-77 (Exit 76). (This intersection is located near the Blue Cross & Blue Shield tower.) Take the I-77 to Charleston exit.
  2. Once on I-77 to Charleston, the second exit will be Exit 12, Forest Drive. Exit here and turn right (west) on Forest Drive.

  1. Proceed west on Highway 76/378 towards Columbia.
  2. Just before the Veteran's Hospital you will come to I-77. Take the I-77 to Charlotte exit and head north.
  3. The second exit will be Forest Drive, Exit 12.
  4. Exit on Forest Drive, turning left (west).
  5. Proceed west on Forest Drive for approximately 3/4 mile to a traffic light. On your right will be a landmark… a La-Z-Boy furniture showroom. Turn right at that light onto Lakeshore Drive.
